Our Policy

We ask you to be courteous by notifying our office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment. We reserve the right to offer cancelled appointments to other patients. Our doctors value their chair time with the patients. If you fail to give a 24 hour notice of cancellation then you will be billed a $25.00 cancellation fee. You will bear complete financial responsibility for this fee.
